We work with fully qualified UK-based accountants to ensure we are comprehensively
trained on all aspects of handling confidential financial data. At present we are reviewing,
with our accountants, the best practice for this process. However, you can ask us for your
payslip any time, providing that we have confirmed your identity.

This depends on the client – size, budget, sector, etc. – but, also, your own qualifications
and experience in that field. However, we can assure you that we aim to do our best for our
clients and our candidates. We cannot influence permanent positions as these are decided
externally, but on the temp side we do what we can to offer you a competitive rate when
negotiating terms with our clients. Integrity is an important value to the Anubis Team.

Every client is different, but we advertise positions on Indeed and will soon be doing so on
our own website via the View Jobs page.

same page also allows you to register with us for the first time. This applies to clients and
candidates as the process is the same.

Your data is important to us. At Anubis Team Ltd we take data protection very seriously,
from initial training of all staff to keeping abreast of the latest developments so we can
update our Privacy Policy accordingly. The Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) is an

Whilst we endeavour to respond to our applicants, we are a growing business with a small
team. We are dedicated but resources are quite limited. Therefore, we cannot respond to
many candidates and must prioritise those who are successful. If you wish to reach out to us

We appreciate that life is full of unpredictable events, including sickness, bereavement,
significant travel disruption, even the weather. We will do our best to accommodate you,
but we require you to inform us as soon as possible what’s happening and why. With
enough time we have a chance of making last minute changes to avoid disappointment for
our clients. Without this, we assume everything is running smoothly until it’s too late to act.
Communication is essential – if you’re unsure, such as being 20-30 minutes late, please err
on the side of caution and tell us anyway. If we let the client know, they will be more
understanding towards you and us.

We were incorporated as recently as February 2023 (company no. 14688702) so we are a
very young agency. However, we come with experience in all the right areas and have
worked for some very large companies prior to forming or joining the Anubis Team. Due to
our collective knowledge, insight and experience, we are growing healthily.
