MANAGERIAL

A manager or supervisor is responsible for managing or supervising a team, whether customer-
facing or operational. An ability to organise, respond to feedback and complaints, learn and

implement policies and procedures, etc. would be required for most roles.
Please note: A Level 3 qualification and/or management experience within hospitality (unless
skills/experience are transferable) would be required in almost all cases.

SPA / Beauty

A beauty therapist, masseur/masseuse, hairstylist/hairdresser, or other beauty/spa workers are
usually based at hotels, within deluxe complexes or retreats, and provide services to customers that

aim to improve wellbeing on a holistic level, in addition to (and via) standard health and beauty-
based services.

Please note: Previous experience is desirable, though not essential depending on the role.
Depending on the position, a suitable qualification may be required, especially due to the more
personal nature of some of the services and/or any potential health risks.
